Monthly Site Rentals

Full Hookup Site (water, 30amps, sewer) - $550

These sites come with water, 30amps of power and sewer included in rent. They also come with access to our laundry room (full of residential washers and dryers), dog park and secure campground wifi. It does not come with access to our bathrooms and showers as those are reserved for our daily campers.

Partial Hookup Site (water and 30amps - no sewer) - $400

These sites come with water and 30amps of power, but no sewer. Like the full hookup sites, they also come with access to our laundry room, dog park and secure campground wifi, but do not come with access to our bathrooms and showers. It’s recommended that monthly campers looking to stay in partial hook up sites use our dump station (free of charge) on a weekly or biweekly basis. We also have means of moving sewage to a dump site if the camper is willing to do so themselves.
